The DIRF will bring in different artists, authors, and exemplifications of old cultures and other nations to develop an interest within the community for learning about different cultures, places, and times through the artifact, performances, and story telling provided by the Faire's artisans, vendors, and performers. By this, the DIRF will develop local youths' creativity, career, and life skills, fostering an interest and understanding toward other cultures while contributing to the growth of local business and promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit.

The DIRF plans to build more accessibility oriented infrastructure between the hill areas of the Faire grounds. The DIRF plans to engage the local community in the opportunity to belong to the Faire by participating in volunteering to help build seating, bridges, and era-specific antiquated buildings.
